A few preliminary facts: the tallest building of all is in Asia, and you probably know its name; and yes, Antarctica also has its own tallest building – two of them, actually.

South America — Gran Torre Santiago

Country: Chile

Height: 300 meters

Australia — Q1 Tower

Height: 323 meters

Africa — Iconic Tower

Height: 394 meters

The skyscraper was completed in 2024.

North America — CN Tower

Asia — Burj Khalifa

Country: UAE

Height: 828 meters

Antarctica — buildings where they make super-high-altitude balloons pressure

Affiliation: USA

Two identical buildings are located at the American Antarctic station McMurdo. Such balloons are used for long flights (measured in weeks) for scientific purposes in the upper layers of the atmosphere. By the way, these buildings are mobile.
