It is reported to be the first supertoll (i.e. 300+ meters high) in Brooklyn. It has 93 floors, the tallest skyscraper outside of Manhattan. The tower turned out to be stately, the facades are made of bronze, stone, glass and steel. You can buy an apartment there for $950 thousand dollars - this is a 53m2 studio on the 54th floor.
