It’s like being in a movie: the owners turned their house into “Jurassic Park” (5 photos + 1 video)
The outer walls of the room resemble the forested landscape of Isla Nublar with huge carved figures of different types of dinosaurs.
Mark and Kerry Reid from Scotland turned their home into Isla Nublar from Jurassic Park. Visitors to their home in the town of Stonehouse feel as if they are in a pavilion with the scenery from a famous film.
The couple spent about four months on the transformation after their son Jude was given the task of decorating his home in an original way as part of a competition. The boy, with the support of his parents and their friends - carpenters, plumbers and masons, decided to make a "repair" in the style of his favorite movie.
In the published footage, you can see that the iconic gate from the 1993 film Jurassic Park stands in front of the house. The exterior walls of the space are reminiscent of the forested landscape of Isla Nublar, with huge carvings of different types of dinosaurs placed throughout the area, including a velociraptor and a Tyrannosaurus rex that bursts out of the wall. A giant sauropod with an outstretched neck can be seen around the corner, and a pterodactyl flies in the sky.
“If you close your eyes, it feels like you’re at Universal Studios in Florida. People come to us every day to take pictures, so we won’t be filming these sets for a while. The main thing is that Jude really liked them,” says 38 -year-old Carrie.
