There were two people on board the light-engine Tecnam P2008JC. None of them were hurt. The aircraft, flying from the direction of Riga, landed near the city of Adazi on the Tallinn highway.

Immediately after landing, the plane's wing hit a road sign, it skidded and almost demolished a car with people. The local transport prosecutor's office joined the investigation of the incident.
