A huge alligator wandered into a US Air Force base (4 photos + 1 video)
An alligator made its way to MacDill Air Force Base in Tampa and lay down under a plane. Officers with the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) apprehended the troublemaker.
In published photographs and videos, a 3 m long alligator lies on the runway. At some point, he even found himself sandwiched between the wheels of the chassis.
FWC employees tied the predator with ropes and carried it outside the military base.
Soon, a post appeared on the base’s social network page: “Our new sharp-toothed pilot has been relocated to a more suitable environment.”
The alligator was taken to the Hillsborough River. Zoologists believe that the animal was forced out of its habitat by Elvis, an even larger individual.
