According to the investigation, on April 22, at around 16:30, the Russian Armed Forces launched a missile attack on a television infrastructure facility in Kharkov.
According to preliminary data, the enemy carried out an air attack with an X-59 missile.
A pre-trial investigation has been launched into the violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
