In the US state of Texas, a man stole a truck and rammed a government building, killing one person and injuring 13 others. 
42-year-old Clenard Parker stole a truck and then drove it towards the Texas Department of Safety building.
Three victims were taken to hospital by helicopter in critical condition. One of the patients later died. The driver was detained.
As the publication notes, the attack was deliberate. Thus, Parker decided to take revenge for being denied a driver’s license the day before.
