Soldiers of the 54th Mechanized Infantry Brigade destroyed a convoy of Russian equipment - tanks and infantry fighting vehicles - in an hour

In the Bakhmut area, the Russian armored column made a breakthrough. The column contained 6 armored vehicles, namely tanks and infantry fighting vehicles. Ukrainian defenders used anti-tank weapons and attack drones against the invaders. The corresponding video was posted by the Butusov Plus telegram channel, Censor.NET reports.

The Russian infantry column was destroyed after 60 minutes.

The enemy assault on the Siversk-Soledar direction began around 14:00. But within an hour, the 1st mechanized battalion eliminated the remnants of the infantry through airborne drops and in shooting combat. Thanks to the joint efforts of two mechanized battalions of the 54th Mechanized Infantry Brigade, the assault was repulsed, and only one tank managed to return, which as a result was damaged during the retreat by the FPV drone of the 118th Mechanized Infantry Brigade," the message added.
