A collection of Porsche 911 GT3 supercars is being sold along with a car transporter (7 photos + 1 video)
British dealer RPM Technik has put up for sale an unusual set of cars called Toys for Boys. It includes six Porsche 911 GT3 in different equipment options and a full-fledged MAN car carrier for their transportation. It will not be possible to buy the cars separately: this is the demand of the seller, for whom this collection was the embodiment of a childhood dream.
The author of Toys for Boys was the Austrian architect Alexander Serda. Six supercars and a car transporter are the adult incarnation of a set of toy cars that the architect had as a child, and Cerda spent several years completing the collection.
It is noteworthy that he never used his supercars for their intended purpose, storing them in a climate-controlled room. It is alleged that the Porsche 911 and the truck only left the garage for a pre-sale photo shoot in the Vienna area.
Alexander Serda purchased only extreme 911s in different versions. The coupes on the transporter include the 2016 911 R, the 2018 911 GT3 in Clubsport, Touring, Cup and R Carbon trim levels, and the 2019 911 GT3 RS with Weissach package. The cost of the unusual set has not been disclosed, but, for example, the current 911 GT3 RS now costs about 250 thousand euros in Europe.
