Trucker almost kills driver

On the Internet you can find many videos that show how drivers of huge trucks, not caring about safety (their own and others), drive into oncoming lanes and almost demolish the cars that drive along them. I've never worked in the transportation industry, so I don't know where they can be in such a hurry. On social networks they write that it is possible because of the plan set by the authorities. Or for the sake of receiving a bonus for fast delivery of goods. Perhaps you know more about this - write in the comments.
