In Tatarstan, a block of ice almost crippled a schoolboy

In Kazan, a student from one of the schools was returning home after classes when suddenly a mass of snow and ice fell on his head from the roof. The teenager walked a couple of steps and lost consciousness.

The victim was taken to the hospital with a head injury.
