MAXUS electric cars are now officially presented in Ukraine (17 photos)

A new player has appeared in the electric car market in Ukraine. We are talking about the MAXUS brand, which uses the extensive experience of the Chinese company SAIC, a partner of the world's largest manufacturer of batteries for electric cars CATL (Contemporary Amperex Technology Ltd).



Back in 2011, the management of one of the largest car manufacturers in China decided to create a new MAXUS brand. It was this company that eventually "absorbed" the British company LDV and lured many of Toyota's leading engineers. The goal is to create modern and technologically advanced cars.





As a result, over the past years, the SAIC subsidiary has become one of the largest manufacturers of crossovers, pickups, minivans and small and medium-sized commercial vehicles. As of now, MAXUS cars are sold in 42 countries, including Ukraine.



The car importer is RSA, a company founded in 1936 with headquarters in Drammen, Norway. The company has extensive experience in the automotive industry and more than 10 years of working with electrical engineering brands.



The official dealer of MAXUS in Ukraine is PE "AIDZHY". The first dealer center was opened in Kyiv (Bortnychy village, Zabolotny St., 1A), but during 2024, expansion of the dealer network is planned in Kyiv, Kharkiv, Lviv, Lutsk, Zhytomyr, and Dnipro.

What is important, the car has an official (!) warranty, and a full-cycle service is also provided! Warranty — 5 years for the car and 8 years for the battery (or mileage of 160,000 km for trucks and 200,000 km for cars).
