A powerful explosion was heard in the area of a defense enterprise in the Altai region of the Russian Federation. Local authorities explained it as a “technological process”

As Censor.NET reports, local residents removed the column of smoke that appeared as a result of the “technological process.”

“On the morning of February 15, residents of Biysk heard an explosion and saw a column of smoke over the city. The explosion could have occurred at the Federal Research and Production Center Altai JSC plant, which is part of the Roscosmos state corporation and produces ammunition, solid propellant charges for rocket engines and explosives. The authorities traditionally explain the explosions "short circuits" at military enterprises. But in case the explosion is particularly powerful and smoke rises to the skies, a new wording has been invented: "features of the technological process," notes the commentary on the video published on social networks.
