A dramatic traffic accident on February 15 was caught on camera on a busy highway in the Chinese metropolis.
The owner of a white car was distracted from driving his vehicle and, moving at low speed, collided with a patrol crew.
Judging by the video footage, the police car was seriously damaged.
Nothing is specified about the further fate of the culprit of the accident.
