A pensioner in Russia was almost killed by a huge icicle

In Vladimir, a huge icicle fell a few centimeters from the grandmother. The woman stood for some time in shock at what had happened. The moment of the fall was captured by a surveillance camera.
The incident occurred at 12 Razina Street. A representative of the management company said that there was no snow or icicles on the roof:
“Well, it’s a thaw! What’s more, the roof was clean - there was no snow or icicles on the roof. This ice came off the balcony, some 13 or 14 apartments, I don’t remember now. Owners need to watch their visors. If "They can't clean it themselves; they can't even contact the management company. On Tuesday, I think, there was an inspection.
