A surveillance camera installed in the office of the management company in Pervouralsk captured an unusual theft. For some reason, an unknown man needed a portrait of Putin on the wall. The kidnapper was not interested in other objects in the room. Probably such a nasty face that the defense mechanism immediately worked.
