According to local telegram channels, this morning there was a fire at a substation on Vysokovoltny Proezd in Moscow. After this, residents of nearby areas began writing about the outage of electricity, heating and water. It's 25 degrees below zero outside now. Emergency workers are working at the scene of the fire.
