The final of the Miss France 2024 competition turned into a scandal. It was won by 20-year-old mathematics student Eva Gilles from Nord-Pas-de-Calais. She was crowned Miss France in front of 7.5 million television viewers and became the first girl with short hair to win the crown in 103 years.
