Another brave driver overtaking in the fog

There have been a lot of similar accidents lately. What makes a driver drive into the oncoming lane when visibility is poor? Do they even have any thoughts in their heads or at least an instinct for self-preservation? This accident occurred yesterday morning in the Krasnodar region between the villages of Kolosistoy and Kopansky. A 19-year-old driver driving a Daewoo drove into oncoming traffic and collided with a Mercedes driven by a 40-year-old woman. Both drivers are alive, but injured, reports the Krasnodar Ministry of Internal Affairs.
