In Russia, utility workers buried garbage from a trash can in a snowdrift
The camera of one of the houses in Moscow captured how three men who needed to empty street trash cans of snow and remove garbage only completed the task halfway.
The men dug an urn out of the snowdrift, took out the garbage and buried it in the snowdrift. A passerby made a remark to the utility workers, but they did not listen to his words.
