In the madhouse everything is stable, some people marry a blanket, some people marry cats, some people prefer mannequins and rag dolls. There are no limits to human ingenuity, especially when one is completely disappointed in living people.



Agree, it’s quite boring when your “other half” is an inanimate object, you can’t discuss news with him, you can’t laugh at memes together. The Spanish artist Alicia Freimis found a way out of this difficult situation.





She decided to create an ideal husband for herself - a hologram with a neural network and named him AiLeix. For greater realism, they took an average image of a middle-aged man, and trained the neural network on Alicia’s former lovers and, as the lady herself claims, they now have a “turbulent love life,” despite the frequent quarrels and bad mood of her chosen one.



“A new era of love is coming - whether we like it or not... Just as we study languages in apps, we will also study relationships with the help of these entities.”

The strange couple plans to hold their wedding both in the real world and in the virtual one. It will take place in the summer of 2024 at a museum in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, unless, of course, the couple breaks up before then.

By the way, this is not the first such experience that the Spaniard has had; in 1996, she had an “affair” with a mannequin named Pierre.
