A piece of railing fell from the 25th floor and hit a stroller with a child

Footage taken on November 24 by an outdoor CCTV camera in the city of Huizhou (Guangdong Province, China) shows how an aluminum piece of railing suddenly fell from the balcony of an apartment where renovations were being done and knocked down the canopy of a baby stroller.

The object, which turned out to be a piece of aluminum alloy railing, broke the stroller canopy, after which the young mother, remaining in almost the same place, began to check her child.

Later, the complex's property management stated that the incident occurred due to an accident during renovation work in an apartment on the 25th floor. A worker's mistake caused the railing to fall.

The owner of the apartment paid for the costs of a medical examination of the child, who miraculously was not hurt or injured.
