In Krasnodar, CCTV cameras captured the moment of a collision with a stroller with a child. Two girls, presumably aged 14, were riding together on the same electric scooter and crashed into a stroller with a child at full speed. A mother with a stroller was leaving the store when an electric scooter crashed into the stroller. The woman immediately pulled the child out to examine it, and the man turned to the schoolgirls.
The teenage girls driving the scooter fled the scene. The child hit his head on the side of the stroller; doctors diagnosed a soft tissue bruise. The boy's mother contacted the police.
