The victims contacted Express Solicitors. Company representatives said that "clients risked their health by being forced to remain motionless for long periods of time during filming in an attempt to remain in the competition." Even though Netflix confirmed that three of the 456 players required medical attention, Squid Game: The Challenge said it was not aware of any legal action.
