In Russia, a woman in a BMW ran over a child and dragged him off the road
A video clip of a madam dragging a boy out of the road has gone viral on social networks in Primorye. An eyewitness reported that a woman had just hit a child with her BMW and was now driving him off the road. The incident occurred in Vladivostok in the area of the First River.
Most likely, the car enthusiast wanted to help the boy, but her action was not appreciated.
Victims in road accidents really should not be moved - this could be fatal. The best thing a motorist can do for a pedestrian who has been hit is to call an ambulance and remain at the scene of the accident until law enforcement and doctors arrive.
The license plates of the car enthusiast turned out to be illuminated, so she is unlikely to be able to escape punishment. After the video appeared on social networks, the State Traffic Inspectorate became interested in the madam’s act.
It was established that a 35-year-old woman, driving a BMW X, was moving from the side of the First River ring in the direction of the Dalpress public transport stop. At an unregulated pedestrian crossing, she hit an 11-year-old boy, who had to be hospitalized.
It is known that the driving experience of the BMW owner is 16 years, i.e. You can’t call her a newbie on the road. Law enforcement officers are investigating the circumstances of the accident. Based on the results of the inspection, a decision will be made in accordance with the law.
