Surveillance cameras show how the car drove into the Neva on Rybatsky Prospekt. A 31-year-old migrant from Tajikistan named Sukhrob did not put the handbrake on the car when he got out. His 33-year-old companion remained in the cabin.
The car drove into the river along with the woman. The deceased was unable to get out of the car. According to preliminary data, the girl worked as a nurse and was pregnant. The pregnant St. Petersburg woman did not live three days before her birthday.
The driver of the car was in Russia in violation of migration laws. The man was taken to the police department. The issue of initiating a criminal case is currently being decided.
