“According to preliminary data, the driver of a Lexus RX 350, a woman born in 1993, while driving from the city of Abakan towards the village of Askiz, hit a pedestrian, a man born in 1964, who was in the center of the roadway, moving in the same direction. As a result of the accident, the pedestrian died on the spot before the ambulance team arrived,” the regional police said.
