The moment a Toyota car collided with two schoolgirls crossing the road at an unregulated pedestrian crossing in the village of Obilnoye.
"The driver of a Toyota car did not give priority in traffic and allowed a collision with two girls who were crossing the road at an unregulated pedestrian crossing. As a result, a 14-year-old schoolgirl died on the spot, a 15-year-old girl was taken to the hospital, where she also suffered from injuries died. It was established that the driver, a 60-year-old resident of Pyatigorsk, had previously been brought to administrative responsibility more than 40 times for violating traffic rules, mainly for speed," the state traffic inspectorate said.
