“I was inspired to save dogs by the terrible situation with homeless animals in Chile. Abandoning an animal is practically the norm here, and on the streets dogs live in terrible conditions. Santiago is the epicenter of cruelty to animals, reflecting the low level of development of the country and the lack of responsibility for living beings "The authorities must take action: introduce systematic sterilization, facilitate the search for owners, launch educational programs that will teach owners to take responsibility for their pets," says David.
