David McMahon has been a Venture guide for 15 years. North Safaris in Australia's Northern Territory. Every day a man goes to work across a river that is infested with crocodiles.

"Over the years there have been many occasions when I have crossed the river with with a sinking heart! It's worst at night. And one day I had to go to great depth, when the tide has already stopped, but the water has not yet receded. As soon as I entered the water, the headlights went out and I had to cross blindly, knowing full well what awaits me if I make a mistake."





Despite all the dangers, David truly loves his job.

"I love that I can share the beauty of the North Australia with guests from all over the world. There is such wild nature here, and such There are fewer and fewer places on the planet. My job is a privilege which I never take for granted,” McMahon admitted.
