A humorous site helps to find real criminals (9 photos)
One young man once created a website where you could leave a request to find the killer. Of course this site a joke, but the effect was serious.
Guido Flanelli, site owner, early 2020 female named Wendy Vine wrote a letter. She went to the site where the banner is on front page said that there are about 18 thousand employees who can "fix the problem". And it just so happened that Wendy wanted to "decide problem" with her ex-husband. The woman reported that the ex stole from her 20 thousand dollars and that she wants to kill him, but, at the same time, does not get into jail. It was with the last point that she just got a blunder.
Under the name of Guido, a resident of San Francisco named Bob was hiding. Innes. He created an ironic site for hiring hitmen, but he periodically Real orders started coming in. After that, Bob immediately reports authorities that someone planned the murder. Wendy were brought charges of incitement to murder. Bob, by the way, does not hide much on your site and there it is quite easy to understand that the site is not real. Yes and who in their right mind would post something like this in the public domain, calling the site as straightforward as possible.
Bob Innes
Innes always dreamed of becoming a detective. In 1999 he studied at the California Police Academy and has almost entered service, but it was at that moment that the state severely cut the budget for the police. Bob started in IT and focused on information security, Why did you go to business school?
It was there that he, along with fellow students, came up with his own business, ironically naming a company that analyzes traffic and websites Rent-A-Hitman (here pun: not killers, but clicks - "hit"). The students could not assume that someone thinks that the domain "Hire a hitman" is seriously. So, in 2005, the site appeared, and in the summer of 2005 the training ended, the students left in all directions, and Bob had website.
Bob wanted to sell the domain name, but there were no buyers and he and remained its owner. When, in 2007, Innes decided to test long forgotten e-mail, I found there about three hundred letters, where people have written very specific requests for what they want eliminate one or another enemy. The questions were very different: whether the service works in other countries, whether they work with minors, what methods exist and so on. There was even one woman who wanted to go on a date with the killer to start a relationship with him and learn this "work". Yes, the movie "Leon", apparently affects everyone differently...
Bob was shocked. Yes, of course, there are rumors that in you can find this in the depths of the darknet, but Innes could not even imagine that people can be so stupid that they just open a search engine and they drive in a request: find the killer.
A resident of the UK sent him a huge letter about her evil relatives who "stole" her father's inheritance. She was in in a desperate situation: she was sitting in Canada, without a passport, without a home and without money. The woman set out to take revenge on her relatives and in detail wrote down their addresses in her letter. Innes wrote back to her question: is her request still relevant and whether to connect it with the "Canadian employees." It was the most specific letter of all that came Bob by mail - the rest usually just asked neat questions. Innes continued to correspond with the "customer" and then, having received all information, sent it to his friend in the police. The Englishwoman was arrested it turned out that they were looking for her at home on very serious charges.
Innes then slightly redesigned the site, decorating it parody business card with the "history" of the company (already from 1920), added there "reviews" of customers, corporate discounts, awards, and even shoved there merch. The irony can be easily understood by the inscription on the site in huge letters: "We guarantee that we are 100% compliant with HIPPA - the Confidentiality and Information Protection of 1964 Killers".
Bob added a feedback form, but everything is on the site showed that it was all just a joke. But people continued to write to him and ask to kill someone.
Each time Bob receives a letter, he waits one day, and then asks the same questions asI asked the same Englishwoman. More often it the letter does not receive a response, but if a positive response is received, then then Innes contacts the police and the work of the officer begins under cover. Innes himself does not enter into negotiations and does not take any pennies, so as not to become an accomplice.
Bob did some rough calculations, which, thanks to his site, was Approximately 20 criminal cases were initiated. Most of the requests concerned former girls/boys, husbands/wives, or relatives. One 14 year old boy asked to kill his brother, sister and parents. I even left instructions. that he sleeps on the bottom tier of the bed and everything needs to be done without noise. Innes reported very quickly and not in vain: the family practiced ill-treatment with child.
When an Indonesian YouTube blogger casually mentioned this website, Bob received more than 200 letters. There were addresses, phone numbers, and there were also several letters demanding the assassination of the President of Indonesia. Bean collected letters and sent them to the country's embassy in San Francisco.

And this despite the fact that the domain owner is not hiding at all: he is on social networks, gives interviews, but still he gets several orders per week. People don't bother with even primitive search to find out information about the site, or at least just take a look at the home page. But... Not everyone is educated enough or smart.
The creator of the site honestly admits that he is a little tired of of his offspring. One day he received a letter with detailed instructions that you need to cut off at the "object", exactly how to cut out the heart unfortunate victim girl and where to put it. Of course Innes is shocked from such letters and has repeatedly offered to give control of the site to the FBI or the police, but for some reason they refused. Bob understands that his site saves people's lives and he should continue to do it.
Good luck to him, this is a real act of a good man!
