A strong wind sharply tore off the covering of the playground and threw the children playing there to the sides.

When the hurricane began, the three children were running around in the playground. The wind lifted the cover into the air along with the children - one child was thrown into the air, then the boy was thrown far away towards the apartment building. Adults ran up to help the children.

According to the publication, the incident was caught on a surveillance camera installed in the yard.

The health department reported that at present, the ambulance team brought the child to the regional children's hospital.

"The condition upon admission is relatively satisfactory, the child is conscious, somewhat frightened. An examination is being carried out in the conditions of the admissions department," the health department said.
