A resident of Zheleznogorsk, right next to the entrance, began kicking two dogs that were leashed next to their owners. A violent man shouted that he would "tear off the ears" of one of the dogs. It turned out that in such a strange way he wanted to solve the problem with walking pets. According to an angry local resident, dogs should not walk near him and his wife, who the day before tried with a stun gun to attack an underage girl who was walking her dog.
