In St. Petersburg, the champion of Russia in sprint was sentenced for performance in shorts in an elevator
St. Petersburg sprinter Alexander Hutte was found guilty of intentionally causing grievous bodily harm - for attacking a 64-year-old neighbor in an elevator in May 2022, the ex-athlete received two years in a general regime penal colony.
The Primorsky Court issued its decision today. Hutte partially admitted his guilt. The court sentenced him to two years in a penal colony, also recovered $700 in material damage and $7,500 in moral damages.
This is not the first criminal case against Hytte, he was previously detained with drugs in a sneaker. Then the court released the Petersburger from criminal liability, since the accused voluntarily refused to use prohibited substances and made a donation to a charitable foundation.
