However, it was in the conclusion, closed in cells, they do not spend much time: the cells open at 6.30, and closes at 22.30 (on weekends - at midnight). At the same time, even after 22.30, the prisoner can sit in his camera and watch TV - no one will force him to sleep. The main condition is to observe the regime of silence and respect the sleep of others.



And here the question may arise: what kind of punishment then, if prisoners record songs, eat goodies and walk in the woods? AND The answer may surprise you, but it's not a punishment at all. Norwegian prisons are aimed at punishing people, their goal is to re-educate and correction, because prison is a correctional institution.
