A giant baby head was installed on the bank of the Verkh-Isetsky pond (4 photos)
A huge metal head on the banks of the Vizovsky Pond was called the "Industrial Baby".
It was created as part of the CHO public art program by the artists of the LKKL art group (Lyudmila Kalinichenko and Ksenia Larina).
The art object is inspired by the history of the industrial development of the Urals: the first factories whose mechanisms were filled with energy and life by water.
Initially, a metal sculpture measuring two by two meters planned to place in the center of Yekaterinburg, near the dam. But then Plans have changed.
Similar huge metal heads can be seen in Madrid on Atocha square in front of the station. One of them with closed eyes symbolizes the night. The other - with open eyes - symbolizes the day.
