Aston Martin Valkyrie Spider covered in rhinestones (1 photo + 3 videos)
At the Monterey Car Week event in California, a one-of-a-kind Aston Martin Valkyrie Spider was shown. The 1,160-horsepower hypercar was covered with 300,000 rhinestones. The rare hypercar gained 16 kilograms after the glamorous tuning.
The owner of the car with the nickname supercar_ron entrusted the project to his team member Tace Anderson. The preparation was carried out by the detailing center Young Film & Finish. Then the specialists of The Crystal Ninja took over: 12 people spent more than 1,500 hours gluing 300,000 rhinestones onto the vinyl coating.
It is noted that if desired, the hypercar can be returned to its original appearance.
After an unusual tuning, Aston Martin has gained 16 kilograms and is now clearly not intended for fast laps on race tracks.
The Aston Martin Valkyrie Spider, like the coupe, is equipped with a hybrid power plant, which includes a 6.5-liter naturally aspirated Cosworth V12 engine (1000 hp), capable of spinning up to 11,100 rpm, and a 162-horsepower electric motor. The total output is 1160 hp. The circulation of the open version is 85 units. The most common in the series is the coupe - 150 units, and the smallest is the track Valkyrie AMR Pro - 40 copies.
