First there was a rockfall, and then they were covered with a cloud of ash. 
In the early morning of April 11, a volcano woke up in Kamchatka Shiveluch. After the eruption, ashfall began and all nearby villages took the following form: 
The sun disappeared behind a cloud of ash, it stretched for 500 kilometers.
Today Shiveluch threw out new clouds of ash, to a height of 6 up to 10 thousand kilometers. The wind carried them away from the volcano and the ashes fell asleep the villages of Klyuchi, Kozyrevsk and Mayskoye in the Ust-Kamchatsky region. in the Keys the ash layer reached 20 centimeters. 
This is the largest eruption of the Shiveluch volcano since 1964.
