Eyewitnesses in the Arsenyev city park (Primorye) filmed a huge Ferris wheel falling.
In the city park "Vostok" in Primorye, they filmed how the Ferris wheel falls. The media write that the rides in the park were written off last summer, as outdated and beyond repair.
The administration of Arseniev said that the video showed the dismantling of the Ferris wheel. There is no tragedy, workers watched the fall. It was they who filed the supporting structure. But the prosecutor's office had questions about safety when disassembling the structure, RT reports.
