A video of this amazing natural phenomenon was published in one of the popular publics. This natural phenomenon is called the halo effect - an optical natural phenomenon during which a luminous ring appears around the Sun. The halo looks like a rainbow, but if in summer the light is reflected in water crystals, then in winter it is reflected in ice particles.
