An uncontrolled dump truck piled up cars and miraculously did not crush scooters in Vietnam

A road user, laying his route in the vicinity of the city of Phan Thiet (Binh Thuan Province, Vietnam) in early March, captured a large-scale accident.

The truck, whose brakes failed, rammed several cars that were on the way and by some miracle did not hit two local residents moving on scooters.

The author of the video posted the other day on the page of a foreign entertainment portal did not specify any details and consequences of the shocking incident.
