Car driver rescues disabled man hit by truck in China

A truck hit a wheelchair user and miraculously did not crush him. Another road user pressed the horn and prevented the tragedy and saved the life of a man who was under the wheels of a heavy truck, whose driver did not notice a man moving along the side of the road in a wheelchair.
