A real avalanche of snow fell from the roof of a house on two women in Kuzbass

The prosecutor's office began an investigation.

In the city of Taiga, Kemerovo Region, two elderly women almost died under a block of ice that fell on them from the roof of a building. The incident, according to the media, took place on February 24, but the video from the surveillance camera was made public only now.

The video shows that there was so much snow that its “flow” carried the women onto the roadway. And they were lucky that they were not buried under this avalanche.

The prosecutor's office of the Kemerovo region began checking only today - after the publication of the video. The supervisory agency plans to check the implementation of the law on improvement by the owner of the building.

As far as we know, the women who fell under the snow block were not seriously injured and did not go to the hospital.
