On board the flight to Krasnoyarsk, there were 167 passengers and eight crew members.

According to media reports, oxygen masks were forcibly released in the cabin and the plane began an emergency descent over Krasnoyarsk. Passengers on that same flight shared videos and photos of the extreme flight.
"Boinu-737" managed to land safely, but according to media reports, 5 passengers suffered from an extreme pressure surge. They needed medical help. Because the landing was emergency, the investigating authorities of the Eastern ICUT of the IC of Russia began a pre-investigation check.
