Collision with an AMR member carrier in eastern Moscow

The driver of the executive Mercedes with a flashing light tried to pass the intersection at a red traffic light and slightly hooked the Volvo.
 
Volvo driver posted a cry for help:

“I apologize right away for repeating the news for someone. But the lawyer advised looking for more witnesses that there was no sound signal from the Mercedes AMP, which went on a red one.

Was there someone else at the time of the accident or was passing by but had no time and then left? I will thank you for the time spent. There is no need to invent anything, only if you really saw it.

Because on the recording of the eyewitness registrar below, they "music plays loudly and is inaudible", the registration of the flasher itself has already appeared in the STS Merc, although it was not there, they brought another already, I think, the major of the VAI (Voen.avtoinsp to which the Merc belongs) openly agreed in traffic police to replace, recorded on the recorder.

And it is important for me to prove that there really was no sound. And the two schoolchildren confirmed that they had not yet heard, there was only a lighthouse.
