I did not allow any building to be built illegally. They were angry with me, criticized and threatened me, asking: “Do you think you’re the only honest person in this country?” But now my conscience doesn’t torment me.
Now he has become a national hero of Turkey. It is quite possible that in the future he will be able to compete for the presidency.
