An official from the Sverdlovsk region came to a party at a shopping center and suddenly won the main prize - a necklace with a ruby and diamonds. That's luck!
It's never happened before, and here it is again
During the party, a prize draw was held - a necklace with a 1.5 carat ruby surrounded by 38 diamonds. More than a dozen local women claimed for a luxurious decoration, but the great "God of randomness" chose a local official.
