Chimpanzee rejected by mother becomes internet sensation with $1,000 paintings (18 pics)
Limbany, a six-year-old chimpanzee living in Miami, became Internet sensation for his work, which sells for up to 1000 dollars.

The young chimpanzee was initially rejected by his mother in infancy after pneumonia. Now the animal counts The Zoological Wildlife Foundation in Miami is their home.
Having shown a passion for works of art and painting, Limbani, which means "strong" in Swahili, was nicknamed Chimpkasso by Zoological Wildlife Foundation founders Mario and Maria Tabraue.
"I constantly admire the curiosity that Limbani shows to creation of works of art, and the passion that he shows, down to the color choice it uses really shows how developed he is at six years old," said Mario.
Maria said that painting allowed him to activate his senses and was a huge factor in his development.
The works of a talented artist can cost collectors up to $1,000.
