Helmut Strebl is an Austrian bodybuilder and fitness model. who received the nickname "man-relief" because of his well-defined muscles. It looks like a living sculpture, a walking anatomical model, which shows how each muscle fiber under the skin contracts.
Now Helmut Ströbl is 54 years old and he is no longer at his best. fit, but still looks better than 99.9% of men, and still actively involved in the fitness life.
Photos of the relief man have been circulating the Web for at least five years, regularly becoming viral on social networks.
In one of the very few interviews he ever gave, Helmut Strebl said he started lifting weights when he was 12-year-old "skinny weakling and easy prey for bullies" to protect myself. He was inspired by a classmate whom he called "machine muscles" and he began to train with two bottles of washing powder filled with water as weighting agents.
Only at the age of 16 did he have the opportunity to go to a real gym, but his discipline and focus on the goal of becoming fitness model began to quickly bring impressive results.
Hellmuth had a very methodical approach to weightlifting, he planned different workouts for each muscle group, and also very I planned my meals in detail.
To look as embossed as in these photos, Helmut Strebl "dried", reducing the level of fat in the body up to 4-5 percent.
This is very small and very difficult to achieve. But the athlete considered it a worthy sacrifice for the sake of the result he aspired to.
He is not the most muscular bodybuilder in the world. But he is definitely in in his own league and few can compare to him. Cool uncle!
