Toyota RAV4 crashed into a tent with fishermen on Lake Chany. One person died, and the survivor spoke about that terrible day.

On December 11, a real tragedy unfolded on Lake Chany. A drunken motorist (examination confirmed the presence of alcohol in his blood) demolished a fishermen's tent on Lake Chany. A 37-year-old man, father of three, died at the scene.

His partner, who at that moment was in a tent nearby, miraculously survived and spoke about what happened that day:

“My son-in-law Sasha and I came for fishing from the Kalachinsky district of the Omsk region: we knew these places well, we have been here more than once,” fisherman Maxim told KP-Novosibirsk. - We set up a tent on the ice, we started fishing ourselves. They noticed that some drunken man was driving a foreign car on the ice, but they did not attach any importance. Then they themselves went to warm themselves in the tent. It was about one o'clock. At first they heard a sharp noise of the motor, and then I felt a blow and fell. I lay there for a couple of minutes, not understanding what was happening. And when I came to my senses, I saw that our tent had been demolished, and Sasha was already dead - lying next to him.

Video from the scene appeared in the Fishing in Omsk 55 Region group. In it, a surviving fisherman asked for a car battery ride to get home.
